1.1 The Website offers for sale digital music products, including albums, singles, and audio files (hereinafter: the “Products”).
1.2 The Products are available for immediate download after successful payment, via a personal download link sent to the purchaser’s email address.
1.3 The files provided to purchasers are high-quality digital files and are not DRM-protected unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.1 All content available on the Website, including recordings, arrangements, compositions, images, texts, design, website code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Website Owner or of third parties who have granted permission for their use.
2.2 The purchase of a Product grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only. The purchase does not grant any rights to transfer, resell, rent, lend, broadcast, distribute, or use the Product for any commercial or public purpose.
2.3 It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, broadcast, or otherwise use any Product beyond private listening without prior written consent from the Website Owner.
3.1 Purchases on the Website are carried out via a secure payment system and may be completed using credit card, Bit, or PayPal.
3.2 Immediately after payment approval, a download link for the purchased files will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3.3 The purchaser is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of order details and for providing a valid and correct email address.
3.4 Downloading and safekeeping of the files is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended to save the files immediately upon receipt, as the download link may be limited in time or number of downloads.
4.1 In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, digital products that have been downloaded cannot be returned or refunded once the download has occurred.
4.2 If the files have not been downloaded, the purchaser may submit a cancellation request within 14 days from the date of purchase, along with the order details. Each request will be reviewed individually.
